We, at Delopus strives to build a community for the construction design professionals, to help each other grow as individuals and professionals. Delopus aims to be an authentic and safe place for inspiration and expression, where users can post their projects, views and other forms of content related to architecture and construction design; and interact with peers through positive appreciation and constructive feedback.

However, while exercising one’s freedom of speech and expression, we recommend users to be mindful of doing so in a manner that would not be perceived to be demeaning, disturbing or disrespecting to other users and stake holders.

We advice users to refrain from posting content that are not in line with the concerned community guidelines, or content that are sensitive or private in nature. Users must not post content that they do not have ownership over.

Delopus reserves the right to delete, hide, block or suspend posts, contents, users or actions taken on the platform, without any notice beforehand, for reasons that may include but are not limited to plagiarism, content being demeaning, disturbing or disrespecting to other users and stake holders, not in line with the general interest of the community and its promoters, content portraying nudity or any forms of inappropriate gesture or tone, etc.

By signing up on the Delopus Website or the Delopus App, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The Services are not for use by anyone under the age of 16, hence you must be above this age bar.

You shall possess only one account on Delopus, with personal information such as name and email ID being true to your belief. Having multiple accounts for any apparent reason would lead to suspension or termination of some or all of the accounts without prior notice or communication whatsoever

All payments done in lieu of the services or products offered or agregated by Delopus have to be dome through the legitimate channels, payment gateways or through company executives. Delopus would not take responsibility over any fraudulent actions facilitated by any external parties who pose to be company executives or representatives.

Most facilities and services would have rates that differ based on location, country, user type, etc. Delopus reserves the rights to set the same, and change them if necessary without prior notices or communications. However, a price change for users previously subscribed to a specific product or service, that my affect the particular user would be notified before hand.

While Delopus actively tries to connect students and professionals to internship, job and work parcel opportunities, we do not endorse or stand responsible for the interactions between the employee and the employer at any point of time. We recommend users to do their fair share of research and background checks before indulging in any sort of interactions or commitments whatsoever.

Delopus brings together various competitions, events activities and contests to enhance the community interacts on the platform. However, these activities may have promotional or sponsored interests underlying. We encourage users to participate for such endevours in a sportsman spirit, putting out the best in themselves while respecting the efforts of fellow peers. Any malpractices or misconduct would lead to immediate disqualification from the activity, without refund of any fees collected for the same.

Help us to keep spam-free by not artificially collection up votes or shares, posting repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contacting individuals for business functions while not their consent. Don’t supply cash, or giveaways of cash in exchange for up votes, comments or alternative engagement. Don’t post content that engages in, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or admits to the providing, solicitation or trade of faux and deceptive user reviews or ratings.

We require Delopus users to provide us with accurate and up to date information. Don't impersonate others and don't create accounts for the purpose of violating our guidelines or misleading others.

By signing up on the Delopus Website or the Delopus Courses website, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”).

As the original purchaser of content sold on Delopus, you are entitled to access and use the content which is identified in the course and which is on the Delopus website, at delopus.com (“Website”) or Delopus App. In order to access and use this content, you must register with Delopus and create a password to use in accessing the content on the Website. Additionally, you are also required to create a courses dashboard username and password to access the course material that you may have purchased.

Your password is unique and exclusive to you, and you may not transfer your password to any other person or allow any other person to use your password to access or use content on the Website. You agree to notify Delopus immediately if any other person makes unauthorized use of your password. Delopus reserves the right to suspend or revoke your password in the event of any misuse of your password or any use of your password in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any such suspension or revocation, you will not be entitled to any refund or payment.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Website and the content on the Website. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the site. Delopus reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and in its sole discretion. Your use of the site following any modification will constitute your assent to and acceptance of the modifications.

Upon registration, Delopus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, personal license to access and use the Delopus content identified in the content you purchased via an online/offline reader.

Delopus will not be liable for any delay or interruption in your access to the site or any content located on the site, or for any transmission errors, equipment or software incompatibilities, force majeure or other failure of performance. Delopus will use reasonable efforts to correct any failure of performance, but Delopus will not be required to make any changes to any equipment or software used by Delopus or its contractors or agents to ensure compatibility with any equipment or software used by you. You may not use the site or the content on the site for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to the use of any of the content to market or sell goods or services to any person. Delopus reserves the right to change, suspend access to, or remove any or all of the content on the Website at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion. Delopus also reserves the right to discontinue the Website at any time, either temporarily or permanently. In the event of the removal of any content from the Website or the termination of the Website, you will not be entitled to any refund or payment.

The course content on Delopus may or may not be created by Delopus. While we try to ensure high level of legitimacy and accuracy in the content and information conveyed, please note that we do not hold liability to the information contained on the site.

You agree that your use of the site shall be at your sole risk, and Delopus will not be held liable in any way for your use of the site or for any information contained on the site. All content contained in or referred to on the site is provided “as is,” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delopus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any comments/questions/feedback/ interaction is welcome on Delopus, through the portals assigned for the same, as long as they maintain the standards of the community, and a positive spirit. Any user/ student/ instructor differing from a positive and considerate means of communication, or indulges in any manner of harassment or communication that may be of disrespect/ discomfort for any user or stakeholder shall be condemned.

You will not upload, share, post, distribute or otherwise partake in any behavior that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, contains explicit or graphic descriptions or accounts of sexual acts (including but not limited to sexual language of a violent or threatening nature directed at another individual or group of individuals), or otherwise violates our rules or policies.

You will not partake in any behavior that victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

You will not share software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party.

You will not impersonate any person or entity, including any of our employees or representatives.

You will not use your account to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server. Not all parts of the Service may be available to you or other authorized users of the Service. You shall not interfere with anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Service. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.

This website operates a SMS service send OTPs and Payment Status of subscribers. WhatsApp service is used to inform our Subscribers about new and upcoming events. We do not indulge in Telemarketing activities. Further, we also use an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website. Signing up on the website implies we get your consent for the newsletter program. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user. All personal details relating to subscriptions are held securely. No personal details are passed on to third parties nor shared with companies / people outside of the company that operates this website. Email marketing campaigns published by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities within the actual email. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Such tracked activity may include; the opening of emails, forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email content, times, dates and frequency of activity [this is by no far a comprehensive list]. This information is used to refine future email campaigns and supply the user with more relevant content based around their activity.
